VIRGIN VOYAGES
Virgin Voyages, the Scarlet Lady, makes her debut in New York City with a three-day cruise event featuring several concerts and various kick-off entertainment.
In conjunction with Virgin Voyages production team, Beckon was tasked with overseeing the talent management and advance, event production, and operations onboard.
DEVELOPMENT
Beckon was tasked with a complete turn-key solution for all operations and logistics surrounding the NYC launch. This included the initial budget creation, production requirements, staffing, security artist advance and the like.
EXECUTION
The critically acclaimed launch event reached capacity and was attended by countless celebrities, various members of the press and over 3,000 ticket buyers.
SUCCESS
Beckon provided Virgin with a memorable launch within the United States. Since the debut event, Beckon and Virgin have teamed up to develop and present new artist branded cruises and music festivals at sea, of which are sailing soon.
